Job summary

HelloFresh in Ireland is seeking a proactive Lead, Shift Operations & Inventory role based on-site at St. Margaret’s, Co.Dublin.

You will drive production performance, lead a shift team, and manage daily inventory audits of ingredients, packaging, and label materials to ensure accurate stock levels and timely orders. You’ll coach and develop colleagues, maintain safety standards, apply lean practices, and use data to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a people leader in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, fulfilment, logistics, or FMCG environment.
• Proven experience in inventory management or operational leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

About The Role

Lead shift operations and inventory activities to ensure uninterrupted production and the accurate, efficient delivery of customer orders. Drive operational performance through strong leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement, while maintaining stock accuracy and supporting seamless supply chain operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Operational & Inventory Leadership

• Lead shift operations to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and service targets.


• Manage a team of colleagues on shift, ensuring KPIs and daily tasks are met.

Essential

Who You Are

• 2+ years' experience as a people leader in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, fulfilment, logistics, or FMCG environment.


• Proven experience in inventory management or operational leadership.


• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Intermediate Excel skills.

Advantageous

• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG.


• Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma.


• SQL/data analytics experience
