Job summary

MSD Malaysia is seeking an intern/co-op to generate and expedite GMP documentation, support MES development, and maintain document workflows within an IPT environment.

The role involves formatting and reviewing records, assisting with batch release, CAPA investigations, and change controls, while promoting a safe, compliant culture at Carlow. Hybrid work and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Ideally in Science, Engineering or other technical discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related computer applications required.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate, expedite and review GMP documentation and quality notifications.
• Support MES development input and serve as MES SME within IPT Be a document system expert.
• Format, write, deliver and review documentation per approval processes.
• Maintain databases through filing, tracking, auditing and data entry.
• Assist batch release through timely quality notification completion and reports.
• Raise CAPAs and conduct investigations, implement corrective actions via change control.
