Job summary

You will work directly with investment and trading teams, own trade lifecycle events, and contribute to automation initiatives across the EMEA desk. 5-8 years in investment management or banking middle office preferred; strong attention to detail essential.

• Exposure to equities, bonds, structured products, credit, OTC derivatives or corporate actions.
• Precise, intellectually curious, comfortable operating at pace alongside senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio accounting and operational processes across multiple, complex asset classes.
• Oversee trade lifecycle events - trade capture, settlements, financing activity, recs and lifecycle processing.
• Manage asset servicing including corporate actions, coupon and dividend payments etc
• Work directly alongside investment and trading teams - resolving operational issues, owning outcomes and contributing to process improvement
• Contribute to automation and AI-driven efficiency initiatives across the EMEA desk
