Job summary

Fruition Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Operational Risk to lead the 2LoD validation for BCBS 239 / RDARR, providing independent oversight and assurance over delivery. You will coordinate validation across data governance, data quality, lineage, controls, and risk reporting, and engage with senior governance forums and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Operational Risk, Risk Assurance, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance, or related areas.
• Good understanding of BCBS 239 / RDARR requirements.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, controls, risk reporting, or regulatory change programmes.
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and governance forums.
• Strong project management, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Experience operating in a Second Line of Defence environment is preferred.
