Job summary

Haleon in Ireland (Dungarvan) seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. You will deploy the Haleon Performance System (HAPS), drive Lean initiatives, and coach leaders to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, plus 5+ years in manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders to deliver

Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean/Operational Excellence qualification.
Degree in Engineering or related discipline with manufacturing experience.
Strong track record in delivering operational improvement initiatives and PM leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead deployment of the site's Operational Excellence strategy and improvement roadmap.
Drive deployment of Haleon Performance System (HAPS) and data-driven improvements.
Identify and deliver productivity initiatives aligned to business objectives.
Develop business cases and financial justifications for projects.
Establish KPIs (OEE, Yield, Efficiency, Waste) for visibility and accountability.
Coach leaders and support cross-functional teams in Lean transformation.
