Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking an Operational Assurance Technical Analyst within the Asset Operations Directorate. You will focus on risk, procedural compliance and safety management, supporting national regulatory standards and continuous improvement across the business.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Risk, Procedural Compliance & Safety Management.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in water, utilities or related industries.
• Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to translate complex information into actionable reports.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Operational Assurance processes for Asset Operations, aligning with risk and safety policies.
• Analyze risk and compliance data to describe potential business impact.
• Produce ongoing assurance reports and provide decision-support tools.
• Maintain risk, compliance and safety reports and support policy development.
• Lead reviews of risk and safety plans and support transformation programmes.
