Job summary

Zevo Group seeks a qualified Psychologist or Psychotherapist to join as Locum Wellbeing Coach in Dublin. This on-site role supports Trust & Safety professionals with individual and group coaching, resilience-building, and proactive wellbeing initiatives.

The position requires regular on-site presence, CPD-aligned training, and engagement with a corporate team to maintain mental health support during leave periods.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
• Experience engaging clients and building relationships.
• Evidence of CPD training as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly 1:1 wellbeing coaching, face-to-face when possible.
• Offer same-day coaching for urgent wellbeing needs.
• Deliver monthly small-group coaching sessions addressing team wellbeing.
• Conduct daily floor walks to observe staff wellbeing.
• Record attendance and trends within 24 hours.
• Update coaching plans 28 days before sessions.
