Moog Ireland Ltd. is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our electronics manufacturing and design facility at Ringaskiddy, Cork.

The role reports to the Quality and Lean Integration Manager and requires working on-site with cross-functional teams to design, monitor and improve quality control systems to meet company and customer requirements. Qualifikationen

• Honours Bachelor Degree in engineering or science.
• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / EN/AS9100 standards is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support Continuous Improvement of Quality & Quality Systems.
• Review customer requirements and ensure quality compliance.
• Lead APQP activities including FMEA, Control plans, MSA and PPAP.
• Lead 8D investigations and communicate with customers.
• Monitor production quality yields and drive lean/six sigma improvements.
• Manage non-conformity reports through to closure.
• Report quality performance metrics and drive improvement.
