Job summary

WaterWipes is seeking three Production Area Line Leads to own a production area, lead a team and deliver safe, efficient, high-quality output on a 12-hour onsite shift in Drogheda. You will drive performance, uphold GMP standards and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong decision-making and the ability to coach, develop and motivate operators while maintaining daily production targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing or production.
• Experience leading fast-paced teams and coaching staff.
• Strong Health & Safety, GMP knowledge.
• Ability to make effective real-time decisions on the floor.
• Proven track record training and motivating team members.
• Excellent communication and daily operational briefing skills.
• Attention to detail and quick issue resolution.
• Experience with SAP or TrakSYS or similar systems.
• Structured approach to maintaining standards and control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of Production Operators to meet daily targets.
• Ensure safety, GMP compliance and Safe Systems of Work.
• Run daily team huddles and align on priorities and updates.
• Manage labour allocation, resources and production activities to maximise efficiency.
• Maintain product quality standards and consistent output.
• Monitor line performance and produce production data for reporting.
• Develop team capability through coaching and training.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Warehouse to keep operations smooth.
• Cover for Production Team Leader when required.
