Job summary

O'Neill & Brennan Ireland is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-rise residential development in Dublin. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safe, on-time delivery in line with project specifications.

The ideal candidate has a strong main contracting background, 7+ years’ experience, and a proven track record delivering complex high-rise projects in a fast-paced environment. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience as Site Manager in main contracting.
• Proven record delivering high-rise residential developments.
• Strong main contracting background with complex projects
• Ability to coordinate large multi-disciplinary teams of subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of drawings, building regs, quality control, and H&S
• Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive with accountability for project delivery.

Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a high-rise residential development in Dublin. The successful candidate will have a strong main contracting background and proven experience managing high-rise residential projects, overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the development.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all construction activities on site.
• Lead daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards.
• Coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Attend and coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, design teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure the project is delivered in line with programme and quality requirements.
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with company standards, building regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Ensure effective coordination between all trades and contractors on site.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience working as a Site Manager within a main contracting environment.
• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential developments.
• Strong background in main contracting, with experience managing complex construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, multi-disciplinary teams of subcontractors and site operatives.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, building regulations, quality control, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability for project delivery.
