Job summary

O’Neill & Brennan in Dublin are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a high-rise residential development in South Dublin. The successful candidate will bring a strong main contracting background and proven ability to manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

7+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in a main contracting environment.
Experience delivering high-rise residential developments.
Strong main contracting background with experience managing complex construction projects
Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, multi-disciplinary teams of subcontractors and site operatives.
Strong knowledge of construction drawings, building regulations, quality control, and Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Lead daily site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to the required standards.
Coordinate and manage site staff, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Attend and coordinate site meetings with clients, engineers, design teams, and other stakeholders.
Monitor progress and ensure the project is delivered in line with programme and quality requirements.
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with company standards, building regulations, and Health & Safety requirements.
Ensure effective coordination between all trades and contractors on site.
