Matrix Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled maintenance professional for a full-time, onsite role in South Kilkenny near Waterford. You will plan, schedule and oversee maintenance activities to ensure reliable plant performance and minimize downtime.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, manage spares and contractors, and collaborate with Operations and Engineering to drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a maintenance role within manufacturing.
• Experience planning and executing preventative and planned maintenance programmes.
• Experience managing maintenance contractors, budgets and spare parts inventories.
• Qualified Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Technician or equivalent trade qualification; Engineering Diploma or Degree desirable.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles, Health & Safety legislation and plant reliability; experience in cement/quarrying/building products or industrial manufacturing desirable.

Aufgaben

• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders and monitor maintenance execution to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams.
• Manage spare parts and maintenance-related inventories.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, support safety and compliance standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of plant performance.
