Job summary

SAP Landscapes is seeking an enthusiastic Team Leader to head our Maintenance Landscapes team in Kildare. You will supervise on-site crews, coordinate materials and machinery, and ensure safety and quality in all work.

The role requires hands-on leadership and a proactive approach to reporting and compliance. Ideal candidates will have Safe Pass, a full driving licence, and relevant equipment experience; there is a company vehicle and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Safe Pass is essential.
• Full driving licence required.
• B+E/C+E/CPC/Tractor experience is advantageous.
• Digger and dumper experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of crews on site.
• Schedule materials and plant/machinery for site.
• Manage safety of colleagues on site.
• Supervise sub-contractors on site.
• Quality control and monitoring of materials.
• Read, understand and implement landscape plans.
• Ensure care and maintenance of plant and machinery.
• Generate reports (timesheets, checks, H&S).
• Oversee winter nightwork and attend team meetings.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
