Job summary

SAP Landscapes is seeking an experienced Small Works Supervisor to oversee day-to-day supervision and coordination of landscaping and maintenance crews across Dublin, Kildare and surrounding areas. You will plan workloads, liaise with clients, and ensure safety and quality on all sites.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive landscaping knowledge, and excellent communication. A dynamic team environment with development opportunities and a company vehicle is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar management role.
• Extensive plant and landscaping knowledge.
• Strong planning, organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible approach.
• Ability to manage multiple crews, sites and priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise multiple landscaping and maintenance sites across Dublin, Kildare and surrounding areas.
• Plan daily and weekly works and coordinate crews with Contracts Managers.
• Liaise with clients regarding programmes, schedules and site requirements.
• Carry out site inspections and checks in advance of works.
• Monitor progress and prepare site reports and documentation.
• Ensure works meet agreed scopes, specifications and schedules.
• Provide leadership and practical support to crews and Team Leaders.
• Resolve issues promptly and monitor employee performance.
