• Three to four years of experience in a IT support role.
• Windows knowledge at support level.

Responsibilities

• Support production and production overtime with hardware and software needs.
• Be the local hands for centralized teams such as cybersecurity, network and telecom.
• Work normal office hours Monday - Friday.
