Job summary

Respond! is seeking an Onsite Caretaker in Dublin to maintain the estate, ensure safety, and support residents by addressing maintenance requests. The role is permanent, full-time, with 39 hours per week (Mon-Fri) and a salary range of €29,913–€38,711.

You will perform inspections of common areas, assist with waste management, and coordinate with contractors and the Homeless Service Manager to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or caretaking is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of common areas and ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic repairs (e.g., lights, plumbing).
• Monitor waste management, recycling, and hygiene in communal spaces.
• Report defects and safety issues to the Homeless Service Manager or contractors.
