Job summary

Designer Group is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to own electrical QA/QC activities on a major power generation project. This is a fully site-based role, leading the QA/QC team and interfacing with client representatives, consultants, and commissioning stakeholders to ensure safe delivery, testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems in line with project specs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years in electrical QA/QC or related roles.
• Experience on power generation projects.
• Leadership of site QA/QC teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical QA/QC activities on the project.
• Mentor QA/QC engineers, inspectors, and subcontractor teams.
• Develop and implement project-specific quality plans, ITPs, and reporting.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, and commissioning stakeholders.
• Close NCRs and manage non-conformities and site observations.
