Job summary

Global Commissioning is seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to support the delivery of a large-scale data centre project. The role focuses on ensuring all works meet project specifications, codes, and client expectations on-site.

Candidates with a mechanical or electrical background in building services or MEP installations are encouraged to apply. Experience in data centres is beneficial but not required; strong QA/QC and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in construction, commercial buildings, industrial plants, or MEP contracting is preferred.
• QA/QC experience welcome but strong engineers transitioning to QA/QC are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret technical documents including drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and RAMS.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation such as checklists, inspection records, NCRs, technical reports, and handover files.
• Verify that subcontractors follow approved quality procedures.
