Job summary

Barden is partnering with a client to hire an Onboarding Coordinator for a 9-month fixed-term contract in Dublin. You’ll handle client packs and accurately upload documentation to relevant systems to support account openings.

You will work with Investment Managers and the Client Verification team to ensure accurate information and timely processing, while maintaining strong numeracy, attention to detail and clear communication across internal and external systems.

Responsibilities

• Carry out an initial review of new client account packs to ensure they meet internal procedures.

• Update all relevant systems to enable Investment Managers to begin trading on behalf of clients.

You’ll work within a small team and report to the Support and Onboarding Manager, handling client packs and accurately uploading documentation to relevant systems.
