Job summary

Taleo in Clonee, Ireland is seeking a Level 1 Data Center Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers, networking equipment, and cabling.

You will work closely with Data Center Leads to ensure reliable operations, manage inventory, and follow ticketing processes. This onsite role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in hot aisle environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of general work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and repair.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and independence.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk long distances.

Responsibilities

• Support installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of servers and networking gear.
• Assist with inventory management and asset tracking.
