Job summary

FMI Field Management Ireland in Dundrum, County Dublin, is seeking an on-site Sales and Retention Advisor. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, build rapport, and guide customers to suitable solutions while meeting service and sales targets.

The role offers a base salary of €29,432 per year with an OTE of approximately €34,000, weekly pay, and ongoing training. Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in contact centre or sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and identify needs.
• Must be comfortable working toward service and sales targets.

Responsibilities
