Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse for a part-time on-site role in Tallaght, Dublin. The position offers 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night shifts or weekend work, on a 12-month contract within a multinational corporate environment.

You will deliver on-site OH nursing services, conduct health surveillance, pre-employment medicals, fitness-to-work assessments, and manage absence and return-to-work processes.

Qualifications

• RGN with active NMBI registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health preferred.
• Experience in occupational health nursing in corporate/industrial settings desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site occupational health nursing service.
• Conduct health surveillance and health screening.
• Perform pre-employment medicals and fitness-to-work assessments.
• Manage workplace injuries, illness and case management.
• Support absence management and return-to-work processes.
• Liaise with HR, management and external providers.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant clinical records.
