Job summary

CPL Group in Dublin is seeking experienced Occupational Health Nurses for part-time assignments across leading pharmaceutical and multinational organisations. Join a professional team delivering health assessments, surveillance, fitness-to-work checks and wellbeing initiatives in corporate environments.

You will work independently yet integrate with HR and health professionals, maintain confidential records, and promote workplace health with flexible hours to suit client needs.

Qualifications

• Registered General Nurse with current NMBI registration.
• Occupational Health experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in a corporate, industrial, pharmaceutical or healthcare environment would be an advantage.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing occupational health assessments and advice to employees and management.
• Health surveillance and screening programmes.
• Pre-employment and fitness-to-work assessments.
• Supporting absence management and return-to-work programmes.
• Advising on workplace health, wellbeing and health promotion.
• Assessing and managing work-related health concerns.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential occupational health records.
• Working closely with HR, management and other healthcare professionals.
• Supporting health and wellbeing initiatives within client organisations.
• Ensuring all occupational health activity is delivered in accordance with professional standards and relevant legislation.
