Glanua Limited seeks a MEICA Project Engineer to join our Dundalk-based team. You will work on water/wastewater projects, delivering multiple works packages and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors. A Level 7 engineering degree and 2+ years’ MEICA experience are required, plus strong IT and CAD skills.

You will participate in safety-focused field activities, manage documentation, and contribute to CPD while advancing your career within a growing organisation.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a MEICA/project delivery role.
• Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
• Interest in developing a career within a leading organisation.
• Ability to work as part of a team in project delivery and provide input at team meetings.
• Engage with suppliers and sub-contractors at procurement stage.
• Use of own initiative to solve issues during project delivery.
• MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• GPS, total station and CAD knowledge.
• Strong communication and motivation; full driving licence.

Mansioni

• Work as part of a team delivering one or more projects.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental & Sustainability standards on-site.
• Be familiar with HSQE management system and statutory requirements.
• Provide coverage if project manager is absent.
• Understand project programme and budgets and impact of overruns.
• Prepare and submit Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Ensure QA procedures and FAT/SAT/ITR testing alignment with quality plan.
• Prepare handover files including O&M manuals and Safety Files.
• Ensure design/materials/workmanship meet requirements.
• Engage with suppliers/sub-contractors for procurement and delivery.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, site staff and stakeholders.
• Conduct weekly site meetings and plan safe delivery of works.
• Monitor progress and adjust workflow to meet completion dates.
• Maintain CPD and promote staff development.
• Support mentoring and training of junior staff.
