Job summary

Amazon’s Builder Experience Team (BeXT) seeks an on-site Data Center Operations Site HR Partner to champion Builder experience in a network of AWS Data Centers in Ireland. You will be embedded with Builders, acting as the voice of Builders and the strategic HR partner to site leadership, traveling weekly to ensure Builders feel valued and supported.

You will analyze sentiment data, partner with DC Operations leaders, and apply HR fundamentals across talent management, performance, and employee

Qualifications

Knowledge of local labor law.
Experience in HR within an international, fast-paced and customer-driven environment.
Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Builder Advocacy: monitor Builder sentiment trends and provide updates to site leadership and HRBPs.
Strategic Partnership: collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
HR Expertise: support talent management, performance, compensation, and employee relations, including workplace investigations.
Leadership Development: coach site leadership with empathy and sound judgment, fostering inclusion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with partner teams to deploy HR strategies across Data Centers.
