Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or commercial maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and preventive tasks.
• Good communication and reporting of issues to supervisors.
• Awareness of health and safety practices is essential.
• Prior hospitality or facilities experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day upkeep of guest rooms, public areas and conference spaces.
• Carry out inspections, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly to ensure guest comfort.
• Document work completed and coordinate with the Maintenance Manager.
