Inglotherm Ltd, a Dublin-based insulation and retrofit specialist, is hiring a Construction Coordinator to run site operations on a full-time, on-site basis in Ireland. You will coordinate site teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure work progresses to programme and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong organisation and communication skills, and fluency in Polish and English. A driving licence and experience in retrofit projects are advantageous.

Formación

• Previous experience in a construction/site coordination or supervisory role.
• Good understanding of construction site operations.
• Experience managing or coordinating workers and subcontractors.
• Fluent Polish and English - both languages are essential for this role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage changing situations.
• Good attention to detail.
• A practical, problem-solving approach.
• Full driving licence.
• Experience in retrofit, insulation, energy efficiency or similar construction projects would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Organising and coordinating the daily work of our site teams.
• Allocating tasks and ensuring employees understand their responsibilities.
• Monitoring the progress and quality of work on site.
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors.
• Ensuring subcontractors complete their work according to agreed schedules and standards.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting any issues or delays.
• Communicating with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and management.
• Helping to plan labour, materials and equipment required for projects.
• Identifying and resolving day-to-day site issues.
• Ensuring that company health & safety procedures are followed.
• Carrying out regular site checks and reporting on progress.
• Supporting the management team with the successful delivery of projects.
