Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a seasoned construction professional to join a leading Irish builder on a Student Accommodation project in County Galway. The role focuses on overseeing M&E packages on site, ensuring programme, quality, budget and tender margins are met.

The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, support the site management team and contribute to the delivery of landmark projects while developing their career within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• A degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing, monitoring and supporting the site management team on M&E packages to meet programme, quality standards, budget and tender margin.
• Coordinating sub-contractors on site.
