Job summary

United Airlines in Ireland is seeking a Base Maintenance Material Controller to support on-site material delivery for heavy maintenance. You will work with suppliers, on-site Maintenance and QC to source materials and manage POs, ensuring timely delivery for maintenance events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, production control, and couriers, maintaining TOCS logs, and assisting in material budgets and invoice reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related experience in aviation, supply chain, procurement or related fields.
• Aviation management or supply chain knowledge preferred.
• 2+ years of related experience and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient heavy maintenance material delivery as on-site representative.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, maintenance and QC for material needs.
• Create POs, ensure receipt, payment and finalization; assist budgeting.
• Coordinate with engineers and planning on material shortfalls and trends.
• Process pre-draw and in-check materials for heavy maintenance events.
• Update TOCS logs with status until parts are received and delivered.
• Coordinate all drop shipments and manage transportation options.
