Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure, networking, virtualization or IT support engineering.
• Nutanix (AOS/AHV/Prism) experience required.
• Experience supporting VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching).
• Break & Fix experience within enterprise IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and remote Break & Fix support for enterprise infrastructure and networking incidents.
• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Nutanix environments (AOS, AHV, Prism).
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle maintenance of infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, virtualization, and network issues.
• Maintain documentation, service reports and incident records.
