Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support short-duration programmes across multiple sites in the West of Ireland and Midlands. You will collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.

You will assist with reporting, RAMS/HSEQS, planning, and Project Execution Plans, while building strong stakeholder relationships and promoting our Zero Harm philosophy throughout delivery.

Qualifications

• Project delivery experience in operational, planning or engineering roles.
• Knowledge of safety implications in design and planning to reduce risk.
• Understanding of RAMS and HSEQS processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting systems, team meetings and package management.
• Assist Project Manager to ensure successful design and construction execution.
• Lead by example and act as a role model for project staff on site.
• Involve in HSEQS management to drive continuous improvement and Zero Harm.
• Develop and implement robust Project Execution Plans with Package Owners.
