Job summary

Vision Built, a Sisk Company, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Ireland project delivery team. You will support planning, coordination and delivery of modular and panelised construction projects, working with Project Managers, site teams and suppliers to ensure safety, quality and on-time performance.

The role calls for 2–3 years in delivery or planning, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to RAMS, HSEQS and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery with 2–3 years in operational, planning or engineering roles.
• Knowledge of contract forms and sectors.
• Ability to implement our standards and procedures.
• Ability to identify and reduce risk and improve safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Manage reporting systems, team meetings and package management.
• Provide assistance to the Project Manager to ensure successful execution of design and construction projects.
• Act as a role model to project staff and operatives.
• Active involvement in HSEQS management and drive continuous improvement.
• Align with protocols and communicate the importance of site team discipline.
• Assist with development and implementation of robust Project Execution Plans.
• Review RAMS with the Project Manager and ensure safe systems of work.
• Assist with procurement and briefing of trade contractors.
