Cpl Healthcare, partnering with the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC), invites applications for an Occupational Therapist to join the MDT Assessment Project in Dublin. You will help redesign adult disability services to be person-centred, evidence-based and rights-based, supporting meaningful life outcomes for adults with disabilities.

The role is based in Clontarf, Dublin, with some travel to CRC locations. It is full-time, Monday–Friday, and includes project training to enable delivery of

Qualifications

• Hold relevant professional qualifications and registrations where applicable
• Have experience working with adults with disabilities
• Understand New Directions and rights-based service delivery

Responsibilities

• Engage with adults attending CRC services to complete structured assessments
• Focus on aspirations, goals, community participation and support needs
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities for service development
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary assessment team
