Job summary

Cpl Healthcare, partnering with the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC), invites applications for an Occupational Therapist to join the MDT Assessment Project in Dublin. You will help redesign adult disability services to be person-centred, evidence-based and rights-based, supporting meaningful life outcomes for adults with disabilities.

Occupational Therapist
MDT Assessment Project | Adult Disability Services | Dublin

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to partner with the Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) in recruiting professionals for an exciting and innovative multidisciplinary assessment project within Adult Disability Services. This unique initiative will contribute to the future development of person-centred services designed to support adults with disabilities in achieving meaningful life outcomes.

About the Project

CRC is undertaking a significant programme of work to better understand the aspirations, goals and support needs of adults who access its services. The project aims to support the redesign of adult services in line with the principles of New Directions, ensuring services remain person-centred, evidence-based and focused on social inclusion and community participation.

The Opportunity
  • Start Date: Mid to late September 2026
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Initial training and induction provided by CRC
  • Approximately 6 to 8 weeks in duration
  • Assessments scheduled and coordinated by CRC
  • Primary location: Clontarf, Dublin
  • Occasional travel to CRC locations in Hartstown, Ongar and Firhouse may be required.
Key Responsibilities

Working as part of a multidisciplinary assessment team, you will engage with adults attending CRC services to complete structured assessments focused on:

  • Individual aspirations, goals and future planning
  • Community participation and social inclusion
  • Identifying supports required to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Recognising unmet needs and opportunities for service development.
Candidate Requirements

  • Hold relevant professional qualifications and registrations where applicable
  • Have experience working with adults with disabilities
  • Understand the principles of New Directions and rights-based service delivery
  • Possess excellent communication, interviewing and engagement skills
  • Have experience gathering meaningful information from individuals with diverse communication needs
  • Demonstrate a strengths-based and person-centred approach to practice
  • Share CRC’s values of respect, collaboration, courage, quality and stewardship.
