Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the operational delivery, service performance, compliance, and commercial effectiveness of its Occupational Health division in Ireland. You will coordinate clinical resources, client deliverables, and customer experience while driving operational excellence and business growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in healthcare operations or service delivery management.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Occupational Health division and ensure services align with contractual obligations and company standards.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely delivery of occupational health services and implement operational improvements to boost efficiency and client experience.
• Manage workforce planning, clinical resource utilisation, and operational performance; lead the administration and operations team.
• Collaborate with Occupational Health Physicians, Nurses, and external partners to optimize service delivery and outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support retention and growth.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including service delivery, clinician utilization, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning while ensuring GDPR, health and safety compliance and quality governance.
