Dublin Simon Community is seeking a part-time Occupancy Payments & Data Administrator to support housing services with accurate daily payment data processing in a hybrid role based in the Dublin area. You will handle payment batching, lodgements, client records in Salesforce, and reconciliations, working with Finance, Housing and Accommodation teams to ensure data integrity.
Experience in financial processing, data entry, and CRM systems is required; knowledge of Irish welfare schemes is a plus.

The Occupancy Payments & Data Administrator will support Dublin Simon Community’s housing and accommodation services by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of daily payment data. This includes importing and batching payment files, managing lodgement records, and maintaining high-quality financial data within Salesforce.
The role is central to ensuring reliable client payment records and will play an important part in supporting the organisation’s full transition to Salesforce. Working closely with Housing, Accommodation, Property, and Finance teams, the role ensures consistency and accuracy across shared systems and contributes to effective reconciliation processes.
Reporting to: Finance Property Accountant
Location: Hybrid/Remote (offices in Dundalk and Smithfield, Dublin)
Contract: Part-time - 19h (4–5 days per week, Monday–Friday)
Salary: €15,960 to €18,107 per year
