Job summary

New Relic is seeking a Partner Solution Consultant to lead technical enablement and support for our partner sales GTM. You will act as the quarterback for partner engagements, ensuring resellers, SIs, and MSPs are technically capable and successful in delivering observability solutions across the partner lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on technical consulting, solutions architecture, or senior engineering experience with cloud/app performance
• Excellent ability to articulate technical value to engineers and leaders
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enablement plans for partners, including workshops and coachings
• Act as observability architect for high-value partner opportunities with demos and POVs
• Coordinate between AEs, SCs, TSMs and partners to select the best path to customer success
• Maintain project discipline: track risks, resources and status in central systems
• Channel partner and customer insights back to Product and Practice teams for roadmap input
• Oversee delivery governance with Professional Services and monitor CSAT targets
