• Experience with a broad monitoring stack: Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, Site24x7, Pingdom, Idera, Netreo, SolarWinds and Device42.

Responsibilities

• Manage monitoring, observability, alerting and dashboards
• Handle alert tuning, noise reduction and testing
• Integrate Jira/JSM, CMDB and Device42
• Automate using Python and PowerShell
• Apply latency, traffic, errors and saturation principles
