Job summary

The Talbot Group in Ireland is seeking an experienced Nurse Practice Coordinator to lead clinical practice development across our services. You will design and deliver clinical skills training and support competency assessment, coaching and mentoring of staff to uphold high standards of care.

Successful candidates will have current NMBI registration (or eligibility), a minimum of five years post-registration nursing experience and a Level 8 qualification in healthcare, education or management,

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMBI registration or eligibility.
• Minimum five years' post-registration nursing experience.
• Experience in nursing leadership or management.
• Level 8 qualification (or equivalent) in healthcare, education or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical practice development across services.
• Design and deliver clinical skills training.
• Support competency assessment, coaching and mentoring of staff.
• Develop clinical resources and promote evidence-based practice.
• Identify learning needs and support professional development.
• Contribute to quality improvement, governance and compliance initiatives.
