Job summary

Avista is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 2 – Night Duty in Limerick for Community Residential Services. This permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) offers a salary range of €62,699–€79,227 and requires up-to-date NMBI registration and a management course.

You will bring five years’ nursing or CNM1 experience, with a track record in supporting people with intellectual disabilities, complex health needs, autism and behaviours of concern.

Qualifications

• Up to date NMBI Registration.
• Management Course completed or to be completed within three months.
• Full, clean driving license and access to own car.
• Five years’ nursing experience and/or CNM1 experience.
• Experience supporting people with intellectual disabilities and complex health needs.
• Completed mandatory training.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with families and the wider MDT.
• Knowledge of HIQA standards/regulations and Health Act 2007.
• Rostering and leave planning knowledge.
• Proficiency in English.
• Level 2 Avista behavioural competencies.
