RecruitNet International Ltd seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager II for the Surgical Day Unit in Dublin, Ireland. This fixed-term, full-time post leads nursing staff and ensures safe, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to nursing staff within Surgical Day Unit and align with service goals.
Plan and oversee patient flow to ensure safe and timely care.
Collaborate with Theatre, PACU and Nursing leadership to optimise outcomes.
Monitor quality of care and promote evidence-based practice.
Support staff recruitment, development and performance management.
Ensure availability of equipment, supplies and resources; monitor budgets.
