Job summary

St James’s Hospital in Dublin, Ireland, seeks a CNM II / HSCT Transplant Coordinator to provide expert nursing leadership and coordinate HSCT and cellular therapy pathways across acute and community settings.

You will ensure safe, high-quality care for patients and donors through comprehensive clinical assessment, care coordination, advocacy, education, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, leading service development, quality improvement, and research.
