Job summary

RecruitNet International Ltd is seeking a Nurse Educator, CNM2, for a hospital in Dublin. This permanent, full-time role in Rathfarnham requires current NMBI registration, post-registration nursing experience, and a dual nursing qualification is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must be registered in the General Division of the NMBI.
• Must be eligible for registration as Nurse Tutor with the NMBI.
• Minimum of three years post-registration clinical nursing experience.
• A dual qualification in General Nursing and Psychiatric Nursing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of current nursing practice, healthcare services, and professional education standards.
• Plan, coordinate and manage continuing education and professional development programs.
• Apply educational theories and evidence-based teaching methods to deliver training and assess performance.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare legislation, regulatory requirements and accreditation guidelines.
• Provide clear communication and feedback to learners and colleagues.
• Coordinate educational activities, manage resources and budgets, and meet objectives.
• Lead educational initiatives and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects.
