Job summary

Valeo is seeking a Test Engineering professional to establish and govern best practices for hardware and software tests in our NPI lab in Ireland. You will drive test process roadmaps, create and maintain test specifications, and collaborate with R&D Project Engineers to ensure product quality and testability.

Responsibilities include developing automated test solutions, performing GR&R and Cp/Cpk analyses, and leading continuous improvement across test activities.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing and governing test best practices across hardware and software.
• Ability to define and execute test roadmaps for multiple test processes and tooling.
• Familiarity with DFT, PFMEA and design reviews to ensure testability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Establish and govern test best practices from prototyping through series production.
• Develop the strategic roadmap for assigned test processes and tooling.
• Own test specification lifecycle with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Design and implement hardware and software test solutions to meet project requirements.
• Drive GR&R studies, Cp/Cpk analyses and validate test coverage.
