Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience defining and enforcing test engineering best practices.
• Ability to develop roadmaps for test processes, tooling and methods.
• Cross-functional QA alignment with DFT, PFMEA and design reviews.
• Ownership of test processes in the NPI lab and adherence to internal standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern test best practices from prototyping through series production.
• Create and deliver strategic roadmaps for test processes and tooling.
• Provide testability requirements for DFT and participate in PFMEAs and design reviews.
• Own test specification lifecycle and ensure sign-off with R&D engineers.
• Design, develop, validate, and deploy hardware and software test solutions.
• Complete and validate test metrics, including GR&R and Cp/Cpk.
