Job summary

PCI Pharma Services Ireland is seeking an experienced NPI Project Manager to lead New Product Introduction across client projects. You will plan, execute and close NPI workstreams, coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage risks, timelines and governance.

Based at our Ireland site, you will interact directly with clients and internal functions, ensuring regular updates and high standards of service. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to succeed and help PCI deliver

Qualifications

• Educated to EQF level 6 in technical/management/engineering or sciences.
• 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced project management role.
• Proven track record of delivering results through management/leadership of others.
• Ability to set and manage clear goals and ensure progress to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Project/Visio.
• Strong problem solving and proactive approach to managing issues.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Able to collaborate across functions and adapt to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and register new projects including updating the NPI tracker and change requests.
• Lead client and internal team meetings to communicate timeline, risks, actions and decisions.
• Develop and monitor well-defined project timelines and critical paths.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure tasks are tracked to completion.
• Provide best-in-class service to clients and maintain high customer standards.
• Regularly report status and risks through governance structures for NPI.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements across NPI lifecycles.
• Encourage engagement across levels to support project success.
• Build knowledge and competency within the NPI team to handle evolving tech.
