Job summary

QCS Staffing in Ireland is seeking an NPI Process Scientist to support a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Westport on a 12-month contract. The role centers on developing manufacturing processes for new products and providing operational support to resolve process issues.

You will conduct gap analyses, facility fit studies, process safety and risk analyses for NPI, and monitor process data to ensure compliance with cGMP standards and Biologics requirements.

Qualifications

• Third level degree in engineering, science or technical discipline required.
• Masters qualification in a relevant technical discipline desirable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical process engineering, with batch processing, tech transfers, scale up in a cGMP pharma or Biologics industry.
• Experience in new product introductions to Biologic facilities desirable.
• Strong knowledge of unit operation within a fill finish facility.
