Job summary

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; masters a plus.
- Minimum 5 years in NPI-IC product engineering; MOSFET and multi-phase or digital controller experience a plus.
- Expertise in advanced semiconductor packaging, device physics, reliability testing, and data analysis.
- Experience with ETS364/88/800 Eagle Tester, ASL1K or similar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role in new product development, qualification and release to mass production.
- Generate reliability plans, test plans and characterization plans for NPI.
- Ensure releases meet datasheet and manufacturing requirements.
- Manage product release schedules and documentation.
- Collaborate with design, packaging and test teams to solve failures.
- Support mass production handover and datasheet parameter finalization.
