Job summary

Vertiv Ireland Limited in Burnfoot, Ireland, seeks a Program Manager NPDI Busbar to coordinate new product development and sustaining projects across engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and logistics. You will drive time-to-market, budget control, and resources allocation, working with regional and global stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing project management, experience with waterfall/stage-gate processes, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in waterfall/stage-gate project management methodology.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of risk management and risk response methods.
• Familiarity with Gantt chart schedule management.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and presenting to groups.
• Experience with project KPI reporting and planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Experience with 3‑phase power distribution or Busbar products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional planning and project execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope.
• Monitor team schedules and coordinate activities on the critical path.
• Provide executive-level program updates to senior management and sponsors.
• Develop reporting and tracking programs to keep projects on target for schedule and cost.
• Identify key issues and drive decisions to prevent slips; develop contingency plans.
• Ensure adherence to NPDI, New Product Develop & Introduction processes.
• Assist project team members as required and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
