Job summary
C&C Group Plc in Ireland is hiring a Warehouse Operative to support our busy warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Manager, you will help organise loading bays, store products correctly, and keep a safe, efficient space. The role is physical, with manual handling a daily requirement.
You will use FLT/Reach equipment, work in a fast-paced FMCG environment, and contribute to accurate stock control. A team-focused, flexible attitude is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG warehouse environment.
- Licences for FLT/Reach/Counterbalance desirable.
- Able to handle alcohol and heavy products safely.
- Basic maths and English skills for stock-take duties.
- Good communication and customer service mindset.
Responsibilities
- Goods intake and dispatch; check accuracy and quality.
- Record goods receipt and returns information.
- Follow safe warehouse practices for safety and efficiency.
- Pick orders and place in correct locations for deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock.
- Put away new stock deliveries promptly by bin-bay location.
- Assist with monthly stock takes (including some weekend work).
- Follow health and safety procedures; wear safety gear.
